CARE & MAINTENANCE
Lightly dust liner with Rice Flour before placing dough into banneton to prevent sticking.
- Dust out excess flour and dry well between use
- Gentle Hand Wash in luke warm water with little or no soap only when needed, as washing destroys seasoning
- Ensure completely dry before re-using
