Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship orders Australia-wide.

Our website offers free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $35, including wholesale orders.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping Australia-wide.

For any orders under $35, shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Some accessories may also include free delivery when ordered with bannetons. Please check the individual product page for details.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary during busy periods, seasonal demand, public holidays, or for larger wholesale and bulk orders.

Wholesale And Bulk Orders

We welcome wholesale and bulk orders from bakeries, micro bakeries, baking schools, resellers, and commercial buyers.

Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional packing or handling time depending on the order size, product mix, and stock availability.

If we need to confirm any details about your wholesale or bulk order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, courier or postal service, and external delays outside our control.

Regional, rural, and remote areas may take longer than metro locations. Seasonal periods may also affect delivery timeframes.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

Bread Basket Company is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Damaged, Missing Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, where relevant
  • A brief description of the issue

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been assessed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled in line with our Returns, Replacements & Warranty Policy. The current refund policy states that damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery and may be replaced once approved.

Lost Or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the relevant delivery provider.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible. However, Bread Basket Company is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, public holiday delays, or other delivery issues outside our control.

International Shipping

At this stage, this policy is written for Australian delivery. If international shipping is available or required, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, freight costs, and any relevant conditions.
