As founders and former owners of Walter’s Artisan Bread on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, we produced these premium plastic Bannetons for our own wholesale sourdough bakery back in 2014.

Background
We used thousands of these every day, day in day out, so can testify to their ease of use and quality. We were also fortunate to own a plastic injection molding business at the time, so we had in-house expertise to assist us in getting the materials and design just right. This is why we can be so confident of the quality, and why we give a 10 Year Warranty.
Not only are they super easy to keep clean (they are dishwasher proof) but they stack like a dream and take up no bench space at all, which is extremely handy for space poor bakeries & kitchens.
We sold our bakery a few years ago, and during Covid decided to make use of this fantastic mold we owned, and offer the bannetons to bakers around Australia; and as they say, the rest is history.
